Diane is the team captain and talisman for SDG's creative, energetic culture. Diane works directly with clients as a strategic planning partner, helping formulate marketing strategies that best achieve their objectives. She is responsible for the agency's overall business direction, and oversees all creative and client services.
Diane has developed extensive expertise in marketing high-end resorts, resort real estate and resort-related businesses. She founded SDG in 1989, after spending the first five years of her professional life working for an Aspen advertising agency and graphic design firm. Her early career provided solid grounding in all aspects of design, production, copywriting and account management. Possessing a rare, across-the-board combination of skills, Diane has fostered SDG's reputation for being highly creative and, at the same time, systematically disciplined. Diane and the agency have won numerous awards for marketing, advertising, collateral and corporate identity design.
I believe three key principles are the foundation for success: authenticity, excellence and win-win. Authenticity is critical because at the heart of all matters is truth. An attitude of excellence permeates everything we do and leaves no room for complacency. And a win-win (or no deal) approach is such a no-brainer that I can't imagine anyone operating otherwise.
